Children of Heaven
Children of heaven created by Majid Majidi who winer a lot of international award such as Montreal World Film Festival, Silver screen award in International Film Festival and trophy award nominations 1991 for best language film.
The story from middle eastern country. A child who named Ali lived so simple in middle’s family together with his parents and 2 young sister. Ones upon a time, in a soles of shoes Ali will take a shoes’s Zahra (she is a Ali’s first sister) because Zahra’s shoes finished to repaired. And than when Ali will buy potatoes in a shop, Zahra’s shoes lost because it took by scavenger. Ali was confused. He returned to home with felt sad and he told that condition to Zahra, immediately Zahra cried and request Ali to seek her shoes because their father impossible to bought it again, Ali tried to found it but he failed.
As responsibility Ali ready lend his shoes to Zahra with method alternated wore it every school. Zahra wore it in the morning and Ali wore it in the afternoon. This conditions result Ali usually late came to school and got some problems. Zahra has been tried to seek it, in the moment Zahra found her shoes wore by a girl and she is a Zahra’s schoolmate. And actually her father is a blind. Finally Ali and Zahra stopped intention to took again Zahra’s shoes and they alternated shoes every day.
In that moment will invent throw distance running Championship between schools with the thirth present as shoes’s sport. Ali so strunggle to join race it. Because he needed shoes it, if he got it..he planed to changed with shoes’s girl to gave for Zahra. His lovely sister. Ali joined that champion although late in registrated but he accepted. He still tried rub strength..run..and stil run..and finally he got first place and he sad.., quick shot the film ends Zahra’s father bought a red shoes for Zahra with sell his bicyscle.
